This is perfect. My trailer was party central. By the time dinner rolled around, we went from two people to three people. By the time dinner was over , there were two
more people. By dessert , the final count was up by one. It was one of those nights when I wasn't sure what we wanted to eat. We are a family that likes beans, so beans and rice were the filling combination.
. It turned out to be not only a family meal, but one that everyone contributed too. My grandson gives me so many veggies from the farmers market, that I had an abundance of onions, garlic and peppers to use. I added some of the spices that my daughter brought
me from Israel and dinner was served. Someone brought a home made zucchini loaf and our meal was complete. Our evening went far into the night with family stories and forgotten memories. My trailer was the perfect place to hold us all tight.
