I spent the day with my eyes fixed on a YouTube weather channel. The surge was brutal. What devastation. The power of nature is overwhelming. How frighten the people in those communities must be. I only know Fort Myers as
my favorite airport. It is equal distance to the Tampa airport, but the drive to Ft. myers is so much easier. I know that my friends are safe,
for which I am thankful. Once again, the Native American spirits have protected Venice from a hurricane. Bless them.
