The grass has grown so fast that I mowed the front yard again, today. Last year, at this time, I would mow every two weeks. Now I am mowing every 8 to 10 days. I do love the way the yard looks after mowing and the scent of
freshly mowed grass just smells so fresh. I would have started on the back yard but there were a lot of branches down from the two trees that were taken down and although I tried, I couldn't lift some of
them to put on the wagon. I just checked and the yard is all cleaned up, so it looks
as if I will mow. I like mowing, so that is a good thing.The peonies are going nuts. The colors and the sizes of the flowers
is scary. Are they supposed to be so big. If they use all of their energy on this growth spurt, will next year be the same or are they doing this growing as a protective measure because they are afraid this is their demise. Do they know something about global
warming that we can't detect ?
