Our Modern Danish table can put another Seder notch on its self. Our Seder was a mixture of traditional and current content. Our conversations went from " Marriage at
first sight" to never forgetting the Four Questions in Hebrew. The food ranged from home made gefilte fish from the cook book"Gefilte Manifesto" to brisket and a date, mango, apple, peach and pear charotse, to floater matzah balls. There is a tradition of hiding
half of a matzoh and the person finding it gets a reward. Some families give money, but we always gave a small gift. I found just the right gift at Goodwill. A small wooden ,sorta box, that said" I love
us". Perfect.
