that ai have found " the one" in my search for my perfect challah. I have dozens of Jewish cookbooks and each of them has a recipe for challah and each says that theirs is the best challah . When I go on line and look for challah recipes, there are many dozens
,from bread machines to hand mixing. They are pretty much the same. I think it has to be the love in it that makes a good loaf. With my apron and love in the baking how can I go wrong.
