Because of the pandemic, I haven't been inside my Synagogue in almost two years. I attended a funeral there today of a very gentle, sweet , quiet man. Until Bob died, this man, his wife, Bob and I sat shoulder to shoulder
at Friday night services. It was him,his wife, me and then Bob. That was the order of the seating. We always got there early , so they had to step over us. The Rabbi , today, completely got the essence of this man. I hope that his family knows how we
all cared him, and how strong and devoted his wife was for him. I guess it is reality that there is a time for letting go and a time for healing. I know the family will heal. That's the kind of man he was.
