Today was beautiful. My son and I had lunch, sitting in the car, eating Sushi,looking out at 3 islands. It was a picture perfect scene. We watched a huge barge ,that was
probably coming in from China., on its way to some port,maybe Seattle. That crossed the path of a very grey military ship, going who knows where and why. Then the Port Townsend ferry was doing its run from Port Townsend to Whidby Island.
(I don't think I spelled that right) . All of the boat traffic reminded me that the path that the ferry takes between the 2 islands, is actually considered a state road. The day was so calm that when I got back to my pod, I threw out some grass seed in the bare spots. I am sure that the word will get out to the robin's and they will be snacking here tomorrow. That's OK. I have more seed.
