Crazy day. It should have been a day of contemplation and thoughtfulness. Instead, for a greater part of the day, I took instructions from a mystery woman helping me get my iPhone to work. After Dixie's morning walk, she
became ill. She was lethargic , hardly able to lift her head, just a limp baby. And her stomach was distended and making terrible sounds. I was trying to call my Vet when the phone just wouldn't let me make a call to any number ,other than my carrier. I was
instructed to turn my phone off after we tried everything that the service person suggested. I was promised that they would call me as soon as they fixed it. And they did, but I was afraid that I would
have an emergency and no one home and no working phone. By the time I was called back, and it was fixed, Dixie was feeling better and I wasn't as concerned about rushing to the Vet.She seems fine now, after eating a scrambled egg and a banana, she seems much
happier. If it's not your kids, or your grandkids, it's your dog.
