I haven't checked for numbers, but I know most people watch too much TV , or stare at their pc screens for hours at a time. I have no TV, so I am among those who look at their iPads for hours at a time. Even Dixie gets annoyed
with the time I stare at the screen and she will paw my arm or the iPad to get my attention. I decided to spend no more than an hour a day on the pad. I already broke my plan. I got involved with a video
of something called " slow jogging." I miss running so much and this looks doable. I will have to give it a try. My Colorado daughter does miles and miles of-slow running. she is an experienced ultra runner, which-is anything over a marathon distance. For
her, a short run is some where around 20 miles.. for fun. When I told my NY daughter that her sister was doing another long distance race, she said" she's still doing that ?" Hard to believe that she is over 60 and still" doing that". My Israeli daughter has walked at least two 10K sections of the Jerusalem Marathon. Both of us were registered to do it in 2019 or 2020.We are still on the list if they have
it again. I want my T shirt.
