Somewhere on Face Book something popped up asking who out there didn't do three things during the Covid epidemic. One of the three was buying
an air fryer. I did buy one. Mine looks different than the ones I see on You Tube, but it is an air fryer. It also is a convection oven, a broiler and
it makes toast the way I like it. Dark, almost burnt. I use this appliance almost every day and I don't fry anything in it. I baked a great chicken that was smeared in Za'atar. I do my salmon in it and steaks that are to die for. One of these days,I will fry
something in it. It's no different than using your oven with a spritz of oil on the veggies. For me, it is easier to use an electric appliance rather than my propane stove. I'm the one who has to refill the tanks. With a lot of help from my son.And it doesn't
heat the kitchen !
