Yard sale day! The weather looked as if it either wanted to rain or snow. It did neither, but we have officially been warned about smoke and air quality. The Oregon fire
has made it over the mountains and we are breathing smoke. It seemed to be missing us because of the wind flow and the mountains , but it finally caught up with us.It was so cold and breezy this morning, that I bought a pair of socks at a yard sale and sat
in the car to put them on. It depends where you are on this peninsular with the cold wind. Some places we didn't feel it and others ,we were really cold. I also got to the Farmers Market and bought pickling cukes. I found a recipe for Bubbies
pickles and I am going to go for it. I don't think it will cost me as much to make my pickles as a jar of the real Bubbies. No matter, they will be delicious. How can they not be?
