Friday is challah day. The over night experiment was a success. The dough did rise as high as the shelf above it, but no harm done. I really expected the rising to be slower. But now that I did the challah this way, this
is the way I will do it every Friday. I have more time Thursday night to measure, mix,knead and clean up than I do on Friday , when I hurry to come home to measure, mix and knead after my exercise class. Now, I am waiting for my son to come home from sailing
to drive me to deliver my last challah to a grandson. On a lot of Friday's my son races after work. That is the kind of community PT is. Boats, sailing, racing, sailing to Alaska, sailing to California,
sailing around the world. Everyone here knows someone who did either all of these things , some of these things or dreams about doing any of these things. That's why we have this boat in our yard. It is the dream ship. It'll be lucky if it gets in the water
again, but my son is hopeful. I need his wheels because my car is a joint ownership with the other grandson and the car is on a road trip. Lucky car.
