I stopped at the grocery store today and had sticker shock when I checked beef prices. Rib Eye steak was $22. a lb.. That seems obscene to me.I wonder what people will be willing to pay. I also read that Seattle 's cost of
living is 56% higher than any other city in the US. That trickles down to PT,where people can't even find rentals and service jobs are going wanting because an hourly earner can't afford to live here,
even if they could find a place. Crazy times. And a little scary. Today was veggie day. The farm that we belong to drops our produce at the hospital parking lot and that works for me.As soon as my exercise class is over, I do the farm run. My basket wasn't
that exciting today. I'm waiting for strawberries. Ever since that bird stole my one ripe strawberry, I have been obsessing about them. Maybe next week I will have some in my basket. in the meantime, I have a perfect cucumber to eat.
