Yesterday was weeding day, today is mowing day. However, I killed the lawn mower, before I could finish the back yard. It died in the line of duty. Just the way it should
be. This electric mower was a freebie. Here in PT, if you want to get rid of something large, like an ironing board or cabinets ,you just set the things out by the road. I would say "out by the curb", but there are no curbs here. So my son, who denies being
a hoarder, but insists that he is a collector, picked up this lawn mower from the " curb". I have been using it for two seasons and it was a little temperamental. Probably why it was left to be adopted by someone, like my son. The good news is that there was
another lawn mower in the wood shed, so I was able to finish the job. Mowing is a little tiring, so I was glad when I finally finished. Dixie has a problem when I don't pay attention to her. When I focus on my iPad, she will paw it to get my attention. She
certainly did not like all of the time I spent fooling around with a lawn mower. She tried following me, which was dangerous. Then she just stared at me from the deck. Then she just gave up,and took a nap.
Which is what I am going to do now that I have finished the mowing.
