I should have paced myself better. When you are tired, you shouldn't make a dough for 20 sandwich rolls. I forgot to put an important ingredient in the dough after I had already kneaded it. So I did what any one who had done
the same thing would have done, added it anyway. Not so sure that it was a good idea, but I'll know after the second rising. so far, so good. The thing that messed me up today ,is that I should have skipped the grocery store. It took up too much of my time
and made me feel rushed. I went to my new exercise class and we all took no pity on each other. I had said that on index cards are printed with various exercises. Each person in the class takes 3, and we
just go around the room taking turns reading the card and all joining in to do the exercise. Mostly everyone took upper bodywork outs. It just happened that way. After doing a weight 10 times with3 repeats , it can make you feel the burn. After that class I went to the store, rushed home , swallowed a hard boiled egg, tried to get Dixie to go for a Pee and then drove back to the Community Center for MahJong.
That was so nice. I actually haven't played in 16 months, but I hadn't forgotten, which I was afraid that I had.The women were welcoming , they played just like I was taught(LLR). 3 hours is all my brain can take. That is when I made the dough and forgot the
melted butter. Just so you learn from my mistakes, it isn't so easy trying to incorporate soft butter into kneaded dough. I may have to start over. Tomorrow. Maybe
