Today was the kind of day that I live for.I love physical work. What I like even more is physical repetitive work. What better than digging up a garden with a pick.? I got to dug up a portion of the garden, pulling out stuff,
turning over the soil mixing the dirt with the mulch. I was in heaven. Of course I had to take two Tylenol when I stopped for lunch. PT went right into summer mode so now the ground is warm enough to drop some seeds and some starter plants. I have never grown
veggies before , so I am excited to be given a small plot of my own. I will share a row and a half with my DiL. She is very into kale and parsley. She makes the best kale salad with lots of garlic and Parm cheese. There is never any left over when she makes
it. I really think it's the garlic and cheese that we all go for. The kale just happens to be along for the ride.
