I think that this was my first, almost normal day, in 15 months. I went to get my hair cut. That was a normal activity at one time. This may be the first of many " normal." opportunities for
getting back out into the world. That was enough excitement for one day .And the dirt that I have been talking about for days ,arrived. It's not as much dirt as I envisioned.For some reason , I had a picture of a mountain of dirt that would eliminate the slope.
What the dirt is doing , is leveling the area where we had the tents. The slope is still there. The dirt has to be shoveled from the street ,into a wheel barrow, pushed through the front yard, up the slope and dumped. Not a job for me. My work comes when all
of the dirt is smoothed and leveled. That's when I work my magic with grass seeds. Plenty of grass seeds. That's my speciality. Everyone does what they do best. My work is watching grass grow. A little more exciting than watching paint dry.
