ON THE BACK BURNER

I am actually getting excited about Passover. My kids here in  PT had a Seder last year, so everyone pretty much knows what they are bringing. I will check with them before I do any cooking, just so I know what I am bringing. The local grocery has a really nice supply of Kosher for Passover items. I did  a double take when I saw the display. The one thing that I can’t find, even on Amazon, is potato starch, or is it called potato flour..I don’t know why I would want it, but I can’t find it ,if I did. We will be having our Seder on Sunday. Everyone is available and that works for us. Our family has been known to celebrate holidays at our convenience. All that matters is that the family is around the table to make it a celebration.
