ON THE BACK BURNER

It actually got to 51 today. I took off my tights and just wore my flannel lined blue jeans. I know that I look ridiculous in these jeans. They are way too big for me and even after cutting off a couple of inches and making a cuff, they are less than fashionable. But warmth wins out every time. Dixie even went to a light weight vest. I finished my paver  path to my garbage can, with some  help from my son and now I want to plant thyme between the pavers. I may have to wait for  the ground to dry out a little, since it seems to rain every day. I use to think that rain on a tin roof was soothing , but being in a trailer with an aluminum roof( I think) that rain ,hitting the roof gets to be annoying after awhile. And loud. what I really meant to talk about today was light bulbs. I can’t just pick up bulbs at the grocery store or local hardware store. The trailer is thought of as a motor vehicle and I need to go to an auto supply store or a RV supply  place. I need three different types of bulbs for my lighting. Each one has a different base. I now have an inventory of light bulbs. I should have enough to last for a few years, since I had to buy them in multiples.
