It is with great sadness that one of my special friends has passed away. What makes this so difficult is that we who consider ourselves family,can’t be there to mourn, sit shiva with his wife( a Jewish practice of visiting
the home and reciting prayers and expressing condolences),or celebrating his life. Those of us who knew this man, can only be at a distance and remember some of the highs of his life, the pride in his Granddaughter, his droll sense of humor.He was a mench
and will always have a space in my heart.
