I found one large Idaho potato in my veggie basket. I will make the last lotke of the year. There is still applesauce and sour cream,so I am all set. I had even strained the oil and I will use that. I never did go back to
making sufganyot. Maybe next year. It was a good Chanukah. Maybe because it was so meaningful to be in a safe place,being sheltered,having family around. I am content where I am. I had a long conversation with the Jefferson County Heath Dept.. Port Townsend
is in Jefferson County. I asked questions and got answers about my being able to get the Covid vaccine .It will be awhile before my category comes up, but now, at least ,I know where to find answers. I was definitely feeling as if I were in limbo. That stress
is gone and I can replace it with something else to worry about. Not world peace. I need to start smaller.Any suggestions.
