Most of the day I have been watching my thumb. As I was chopping some veggies over 24 hours ago, I was thinking how good my knife skills are. POW! the knife slipped and I may have a new thump print to look forward to. I had
to decide if it was bad enough to have stitches. I decided,no.But the sucker would not stop with the blood. i finally got it to almost stop dripping, but not quite. Scene two. Grandson went to grocery store
and came back with a spray wound cleanser, A spray for pain, a spray to coagulate the blood, gauze ,tape and steri strips for when it stops with the leaking. Finally, after three more gauze changes,and using all of the above products, I am almost ready for
the steri strips. You forget how useful a thumb can be. I wanted to play with my new Air fryer and I did, but I mostly worked with one hand and four fingers.Another thing about thumbs, you hit them a lot.
Especially when they stick out.
