Have you ever lost the sun. That is what it looks like here with the smoke. You can see a white spot in the sky that you know is the sun, but everything is grayish . It reminds me of when you pour water on a camp fire and
the smoke just rises off of the remaining coals or wood. Then you smell it, all day. We are in a moderate air pollution zone. Seattle is in a high, danger zone. What a summer. I hear from my Israeli daughter
that they may go into lock down again. Bummer for them. I decided to plan a veggie garden for next year. My son will go into the project with me. This gives me time to think about what I want. I saw a sign at the Garden Shop that said,”plant your garlic
now”. That sounds like good advice.I like garlic. It keeps vampires away.
