We’ve has two days of summer. I know why. I just got my flannel lined blue jeans from Amazon. Maybe I should have ordered them earlier. I know that fall is approaching. I can see leaves dropping and a neighbor has a
tree that is on fire with red leaves that just glow in the sun. I haven’t seen that color since I left the Mid west. And the black berries are on steroids. The bushes are every where and the berries are ripe for picking. The only problem is that the
branches are thorny and the thorns are tiny. When they attack you, it is hard to get them out. I wear socks with my Crocs ,but those thorns penetrate even the socks and find those holes in the Crocs and ouchy. Dixie has learned to steer around
the bushes. I paint again today. My DiL thinks I need one more coat ,so I will do one more coat. That makes one primer and three coats of paint. Paint is cheap... and so is my labor.
