I am discovering that once you plant a garden, even after laying a lot of mulch over cardboard, weeds can make it through .Weeds are tough .Every day, I pull these little weeds that pop through everything that is on top of
them. I don’t mind the weeding. Getting down is easy. Getting up .. very ungraceful, even undignified. I can do squats without a problem, but getting up from the ground, is a one , two, three movement. At least I can get up. The weather here is nuts.
