I am possessed with making the perfect Challah. Today, I watched numerous YouTube episodes of challah making. The absolutely best one was in Polish, But I got the jest of it. There was no sound tract,and the ingredients were
listed in English. The most riveting was one where a baker made a 72 piece braid. I’ll stick to three piece braid..Last week ,I figured out how to get the top braid to stay on the bottom braid. Toothpicks.
Unconventional, and I did take the picks out after I baked the challah. Now that I have a chest freezer , I may make a double batch and not bake every Friday.I may be here indefinitely, so today I looked
into buying a pair of flannel lined jeans. I just couldn’t make myself do the final “ order now”. It is only August. I am hoping for a warm fall. I figured that I am owed that since summer
seems to have skipped over this town. Not complaining. just saying.
