A couple of good things happened today. I Zoomed with my family of choice. And the sun came out. Both of these made me very happy. I don’t know where Zoom came from, but it is a wonderful vehicle for keeping ties
with friends. I figure that I am 4000 miles from my community and if I can feel a part of what is going on with them, I’m all for it. I took Dixie on a
longer walk today. I have to shave 2 lbs off of her, says the Vet. A few blocks were on actual sidewalk. She has no idea how to walk on a sidewalk. BirdBay, in Venice, has very little sidewalk, mostly you
walk on the bike lane. Here .we have no sidewalk,only the street , which is not paved. Her usual walk is through a wooded path or this unpaved-street.Monday starts
her diet, today was the start of her exercise plan. I hope my plan for her works. Her travel case is for a dog who weighs up to 15 lbs.
