Wonderful day. Got to Zoom with my family of choice. Caught up on news from Venice. Finished with my plantings. That was my one goal for the day. I think I planted 18 assorted plants. 13 were a devil to get in the ground.
Because the ground had been compressed when my trailer went in, it was hard work to get a shovel into it. I had to amend it with organic compost and new dirt. When I was watering the plants, I just had to hose myself too. It felt good. Next is the grass seeding.
This has to be a whole lot easier. And if it rained, that would be good, too. Just not on Friday’s.
