ON THE BACK BURNER

The weather got nicer the closer to Shabbat and we had our weekly Shabbat Cafe. We are getting better at it. I accidentally splattered some of the tomato sauce from our stuffed cabbage  onto our deck as I was carrying the dish out. Not wanting to stain my deck, I hosed the deck off. Well that kept Dixie from joining us. She didn’t want to get her paws wet so she sat in the door way and sulked. We keep the fire pit going while we sit and have our dinner,  but we are all sitting so far from each other, that we admitted that we don’t even feel the fires heat.  That would be nice. I think I will have to replace my new green wagon. It is too industrial strength for me. my son will get me a smaller one and he can have this super duper one. So nice to be able to barter ,switch and trade without leaving home. And keep it in the family.
