More digging. Had to make more room for the mulch. I placed cardboard( I knew there would be a reason to save all of the cardboard from my Amazon deliveries) ,over the
walkway. The mulch goes over this. That will act as a barrier to any grass trying to grow there. My daughter in law, a landscaper says that I need to put down 6 or 7 inches of mulch, then pack it down and maybe add more mulch. I already have my next project
in mind. The tall grass was so nice, that I will plant pampas grass and a beautiful red Japanese grass along the pathway to my son’s workshop. I can then see it from my pod, watch it move in the wind and
have more greenery to look at when I sit on my deck. This might be all that I do this year.It’s time to sit on the deck and watch things grow.
