I am telling this because it was so utterly dumb, that I need to share it. The reason that I am sharing is that I feel it is as a public service. And, after I tell you what I did, no
matter what you may do in the future, you can always make yourself feel better, by saying” It ‘s not as dumb as what leona did”. I made challah on Friday. There was enough dough left over that I decided to make it into a ball and freeze it
for another time. It was enough to make 4 little rolls.Then this week, I defrosted the dough and made 4 little rolls and put them in the muffin tin ,like you would do cupcakes. I put plastic film on top and then a damp warm cloth to help them rise. I lit the
oven and when it was at 350, I took off the cloth and popped the muffin tin in the oven. At the right moment, I took out the rolls. They looked perfect. Only one major problem. I didn’t take the plastic film off before I put the tin in the oven. My beautiful soft rolls were shrink wrapped, plastic melted all over the rolls. So when ever you do something super dumb, remember what I did and don’t beat yourself up. I did it enough for all of us.
