Today was the first day that was actually beautiful from morning on. And I was free to go to the grocery store! I drove my loaner car, after sitting in the driveway for about 20 minutes, trying to adjust the seat, the side
mirrors, turning off the radio, figuring out if the seat was close enough, could I see over the steering wheel? I was a little jerky starting out, so hopefully, I won’t jerk and start after today. I finally got those little things at the grocery that
you expect to always have around. Like sugar, salt, Kosher salt, scrubbies, basics. Every, every person in the store, had on a mask.Today was so perfect that I could see the Cascade mountains with snow on them. I took Dixie for a walk on one of the paths I
practiced on with my son. I didn’t get lost, but my son made me take my phone with me. Just in case. Actually ,it is a short circuit and so beautiful. Just enough to make Dixie come home and take a nap.I waited and took mine later.
