Announcement: I made an executive decision , after consulting with kids and a few Grandsons, and I am leaving June 4 th to travel to Port Townsend. I ordered a Sherpa airline approved carrier
for Dixie , I contacted my ride to Tampa, and I am off. I talked with Alaska airline and the say that the middle seat
will stay empty. I checked seating and half the plane is X’d out.I picked a window seat . Dixie will slide right under the seat ahead of me. It is a 6 hour flight and I am hoping that I will tire Dixie out before I go to the airport. I am expecting that
she will sleep most of the way... or sneak onto my lap.My daughter who has been on the front line at her hospital in Colorado, told me about a new study out about face wear. I checked it on Google. You put your cloth mask on and then , after cutting the leg
off of a pair stocking and then cutting off the foot part, you put that over your cloth mask. You look like a bandit, or bank robber, but the tight weave of the synthetic stocking provides additional protection.I’ll think about that one.
