Ever have a day when the day was just so exciting and filled . This was not one of those days. But it flew by. I think that I am moving in slow motion. Since I don’t go any place, I am not in a hurry. It’s not
a bad feeling, just a slow feeling. I am really glad that I had so many years to practice sitting on our deck at our cottage. It really gave me the necessary skills to just sit around the house, here in Venice. My view here is different. I don’t look
out at a lake, but I do have the golf course. I see the landscapers mowing, people playing golf and later in the day the Frisbee groups come out to play. My new kingdom is my love seat. I have my cell phone, my landline phone, my iPad, my knitting,my Mah Jongg
card and a glass of Seltzer right next to me. I can sit, talk on the phone, watch a movie,play Mah Jongg on line, all without much effort. I’d like to be able to say something interesting about my day, but actually, I am just so relieved to be well after
being so concerned about being with so many different people in Israel, on the plane and in the airports that I am loving just sitting and waiting until I can go about my too busy life again.
