I have been in serious discussions with my internet, land line phone and TV carrier for two weeks. My previous carrier unlocked my phone number so that I could switch it to my new carrier. Actually, they are not my new carrier
since I have been their customer for 14 years. It was my land line that I had switched because I thought it was over charging for just that one item. They let me keep my original number. When I realized
that I was having major problems with the new carrier, I made arrangements to go back to my old package. What a nightmare.My ear was pressed to the phone for 70 minutes at a time, several times. The outsourcing drives me crazy. If one more out sourced person
