It ‘s only been a few days that I have been without a dog.I have to admit that 1. I have a lot more flexibility with my coming and goings, and 2. I really miss the routine of having a dog. I can see why it was so easy
to have a dog. I had Bob in the house for those times that I would be late for a walk or it was just belly rub time. I really miss the doggie friends that I would see several times a day when I would take my pet out. They were my link to what goes on in my
development , and a great time for the dogs to socialize. I’ve made some wonderful friends and met interesting neighbors. There is no such thing as a bad neighbor. They are only misunderstood. My new days are filled with classes, visiting with people
I like and deciding what to take with me when I go to Israel next month. Having my daughter there makes it pretty easy because I won’t have to take bulky items with me. This will be a reverse experience. Instead of the kids borrowing my clothes when
they visit, I will be the borrower. That should make for a light suitcase.
