Teddy and I are right on target for our walking schedule. I had to laugh when I came in from our walk. It took an hour. It should take me , at most 35 ish minutes. Even that sound too slow. It wasn’t me, it was Teddy that made the walk so slow. Everyone we meet, wants to pet him or tell me that he looks like a stuffed teddy bear. Of course, I agree with them.
Teddy prances when he walks and he walks pretty swiftly. However, he stops a lot.I get my heart rate going and he stops , cold. Since my training is for distance and not time, I tolerate his stopping. I
want to give him exercise, but I like that he investigates and takes in his messages. I like to see him prance. He has such a nice rhythm. I wish that I moved so gracefully and quick. He could probably
set a course record. He probably would be disqualified because of those extra two legs. The other
runners would be at a distinct disadvantage.
