Our weather has been particularly beautiful the last few days. When everything looks so great outside, you forget that bad things can be happening. i remember flying into New Orleans many years ago because my pregnant sister
was near death with pneumonia. I got off of that plane into a beautiful ,clear, sunny day. Perfect weather for living. I had the thought that how could anything so bad happen when it is so beautiful. She did survive and so did the child that she was carrying.
Now ,today with our beautiful temperature and blue skies I hope that my gut feeling that this growth on Teddy’s face, near his eye, proves to be a benign tumor. I took him to the Vet this morning
because I thought that he had an infected tear duct . Not so. Now I have to wait until Monday to have a consult with a surgeon to see what is going on. I gave Teddy an extra dog biscuit for good luck. I
think that I will eat one too.
