ago my father in law sent me a box of cook books. In it was a Betty Crocker Cookie Cook Book. This was not something he would normally do, but I think he was a stock holder in the company who owned Betty Crocker and he had the option of buying some cook books,
which, I guess he did. We loved that cookie book. I bet our family made 87 percent of the recipes, our favorite being the Mexican wedding cookies. One of my daughters did a search for that cookie cook book and found it. One
tasty thing about these cookies is that they are nothing but butter, with a tiny bit of flour and some chopped pecans. After they are rolled in powered sugar, you are hooked into eating many more than your original intent. Excuse me.. I gotta go and bake.
