ON THE BACK BURNER

My niece is visiting from New Orleans. We spent time talking about passwords and our computers. Use to be ,one would sit and talk about children, or grandchildren, or in our case, pets. Now , we talk about passwords. I thought that I was the only one with a list that has been crossed out, rewritten ,erased, or just left on the list in frustration. It is a problem, even for the young. A slip of the touch pad and you have a pass word that you misspelled. That'll haunt you until you need to change it again. I am running out of passwords that have meaning to me. I've made up combination of anything that has crossed my vision that I can still remember. Every now and then, I rewrite my list on clean paper. It doesn't matter. In a few months ,it looks like the old list. I use caps, I use numbers, I use symbols. I do what ever is asked of me . I have given this password problem some thought. And my solution.. Forget passwords. Hold the computer up to your ear. It's as good a solution as pen and scratched out paper lists.

Don't quite know how this got to me but it was on the top line of my computer (not in email) But I really enjoyed it. I truly admire you.
