I apoligized for giving so many people my cold. Then I heard from several people saying that I was innocent .Their spouses had it first, then they caught it. I am so relieved. I would hate to start the new Jewish year, already having to
ask for forgiveness for infecting so many people. And I am feeling so much better. How could I not ,when dear friends came right over with soup for me. Chicken and lentil soups. Both my favorites, although I am extreme partial to chicken, as everyone
probably knows.I had just come home from making a grocery store run for chicken stock and noodles, plus carrots and onions, when my phone rang and I heard the good news that I was getting a soup delivery. How good is that. This was followed by the lentil
soup delivery. I am indebted to my friends. I'm not even going to make my chicken soup. Maybe I should make it and have it ready to bring to the next friend who catches a cold. Just remember, I did not give the cold to you.
