I know better. You can not have a discussion with a company that uses robots to find out what you want and to direct you. Why do I even get frustrated. Who would I lash out at. The Mother board? I asked to speak to an operator. I got returned
to the main menu. Again. My land line, which a daughter reminds me really isn't a land line, has disappointed me. The whole time that I was away, I was under the impression that I had my phone on vacation mode, with a message to call my cell phone. Turns out
that wasn't so. Actually it wasn't so bad. I did get cell phone calls from people who knew my cell number and emails from people who I really wanted to communicate with and no robot calls . But the phone carrier did not do what I had asked them to do. They
had no record of my even asking. Now I am trying to disassociate myself from my contract with them. Let's see who answers the phone for this transaction !
