We almost have a restored stove. Almost. We have watched You Tube a dozen times and we are up to getting a tube of grease, that is supposed to last a lifetime according to You Tube. A few screws are just frozen and as soon as we get
those off, we can remove the valves ,put the grease on them, and we can go forward. We tried the burners. Two work fine and two are the troublesome ones that need the grease treatment. The oven works just fine , although we haven't calibrated it yet.
I need to get oven cleaner to give it some spit and polish and I think we can exchanged stoves. I will celebrate by taking us all out to dinner.
