I heard that the local grocery, Safe Way, had a sale on matzoh. They must have bought a case for last Passover and were stuck with a lot of Kosher for Passover Matzo. I had to buy a box.They were on sale for $1.39 a box. I hated to see them
treated so badly ,just waiting on a shelf,begging to be bought. I do the same thing when I see any Judaic item at a resale shop. I buy it. Matzoh are Ok, but not my favorite food, so I decided to make matzoh brittle .I forgot how habit forming it is. I gave
half to my son and daughter in law. The other half, I hid in the freezer.Unfortunately, my freezer is very small and the container kept slipping out when ever I opened the door. It was too tempting. I had to take a piece, each time. You would think that I
wouldn't have to open the freezer that much, but I keep my coffee in there and Noodles fresh dog food.That means that the brittle falls out a lot. I'm going to have to do something about that.
