I sent a picture of a street sign to my Face Book page. It is a sign that I passed as I walked on the road. It was a warning about Tzunomies . I mentioned that I am accustomed to hurricanes. New Orleans had at least a warning every fall. I lived in
the mid west with tornadoes every spring and now I have directions of what to do if there is an earthquake and a surge. Now I know. I was walking on the road because like a number of places I have been, the sidewalks are hit and miss. Noodle misses sidewalks.
He knows his boundries when there is a side walk. I don 't care, I just follow the rules of the road, walk facing traffic.That way, you can see the person who may want to drive his car into you. I think who ever made this rule thinks you can prepare yourself
if you see danger coming. I think that is a good reasonable idea.
