I have stopped coloring my hair.And I went super short. I feel liberated. I colored my hair because I had this unrealistic idea that people with my natural hair color , greyed in a very uncomplimentary fashion. so for years, I colored and payed
big bucks every 6 weeks to do it. Then I went to a new salon. The hair dresser suggested that the hair coming out was really a nice color and why not try not coloring. I did what she suggested and what do you know, it looks pretty good. In fact, I have
had more compliments about my hair than I ever have had with the coloring. She is a genius. I feel lighter, too. Every 5 weeks, i should treat myself to something expensive to celebrate my hair. It would be a win win situation.
