A few weeks ago, because I am going to the drizzly north west for the summer, I bought a yellow slicker( of sorts) and Wellies for my feet. I did wear the boots once and loved the attention that I got because of their bright colors. But until
today, I didn't have an opportunity to wear the rain jacket. Finally ,it rained. And the jacket works. And you can't miss the bright yellow color. Nice to know. I am visible . We always had a sneaking suspicion that our cars were invisible. People would cut
in front of us, pull away from the curb front of us. Maybe we should have bought brighter colored cars. Our last two cars were so much the same color and model that people didn't notice we were driving a different car. Most of our cars have been blue. We did
have a green Nash back a hundred years ago. Our VW bus was blue. Our Neon, I think was blue. That was so long ago that I don't remember. We may have had a white car some where in the garage.I want my next car to be black. It looks so Presidential.
Then people can stand at the curb and call out Hail to the chef, I mean chief.
