Since I have stopped watching TV because I get upset , I have become a big fan of Netflex. I am presently watching The Great British Baking show. I got so involved with the watching, that I felt that I had to bake something. I had my eye on cream
puffs, with their choux pastry .I even went to the store to buy more eggs and a half pint of whipping cream. Then I read the recipe and just couldn't do it. 4 eggs, butter, whipping cream. I want to live to be 100 and I didn't think having a full recipe
of cream puffs available , for eating indiscriminatingly would be in my best interest. So, I ate a navel orange. I feel very virtuous. but some how, an orange just isn't a cream puff. Not even close.
