Eating alone in a restaurant wasn't at all scary. I have read stories about how women hesitate to go alone to a restaurant and maybe that was the way it was in another generation. But I felt like Sushi , so I decided to go out to eat. It
was easy. I went in, I said "table for one" ,I got seated at a booth and I ordered. It was nice sitting by myself. I could look around, see who was there,overhear conversations.I wasn't lonely at all. Now that I did it once, I won't hesitate to do it again,
when the feeling strikes again. I may make a date with myself once a week to do this.
