Week ends are so good. There must be a reason why we have them. I still can't figure out why , even though I am retired, week ends sem different. I remember when everything was closed on a Sunday. Has stations, drug stores, grocery stores and
certainly department stores. Then the grocery store started staying open. abut in Chicago with its rich history of unions, the butchers union wouldn't sell meat. Maybe you could buy some packaged meat. I don't remember exactly" Now , everything is available.
I like stores being open and I like that I don't have to go to one unless I want to. Week ends just seem slower. I like this system.
